The extra virgin olive oils Raguso are a high quality apulian oils, produced by Raguso family in Gravina in Puglia (BA) since 1894.

One of the Raguso oil is "Formula Raguso Classico" an excellent oil made with varieties of olives:"Coratina", "Ogliarola" and "Bambina".
Produced by a cold pressing within few hours from harvest, has an acidity of 0.2° maximum.


GRAN CRU - MILLENARIO

An organic extra virgin olive oil derives from millennial olive trees.



How is it made?

Raguso take care of the whole process with the aim to increase the final quality of theirs oils.

HARVEST

The harvest is made in october and november. The product is rapidly brought in internal premises.

COLD PRESSING

After some hours of the olives' harvest, takes place the pressing through a continuous cycle plant: during process the product is protect by light and oxigen and by whatever substances from ending up in the olive paste.

TEMPERATURE

In every stage of processing the temperature does not exceed 21° C to preserve taste and aromas of the olives.

Company

Raguso is an oil company for four generations. Attention and care at every stage of production has led the company to be recognised for its oil, winning international and national awards in recent years.

REMARKABLE

Control of every stage: harvest with an internal storage and - important - extraction of oil within few hours.
